I gets YOU. While she sat in an ashrams in silence and in classrooms with books, she has also sat in the board rooms, roadmap review sessions, soccer practices, and play recitals. She worked in a variety of technical and leadership roles in both enterprise and start up worlds.
I am multidisciplinary. When you have a hammer, everything looks like a nail. Not in this case. Nataliya combines traditional leadership coaching, western & eastern practices with the most to date research. She draws on neuroscience, positive physiology, NPL, behavioural economics, mindfulness, yoga and various type of meditation philosophies.
I speaks YOUR language. Being a mathematician by training & a nerd at heart, Nataliya figured how to deliver the concepts in a way that is simple and does not require further decoding. No words you can not understand, just simple applicable concepts that purely makes sense/ you can act on.
